Bring on the Snow!

We have been getting a lot of snow recently and let's just say that Cameron has been perfecting his aim. He is nothing less than deadly with a snow ball! Check out the pictures of he and Jon playing in his snow fort:

While Jon and Cameron's snowball war raged on outside, the girls stayed warm and dry inside. Mammie McLaughlin came down from Maine for a couple of days and Lexi loved all the attention. (Cameron did too for that matter... his new favorite food is Hot Chocolate.) It's been days since Mammie left and Cameron is still crying for Mammie and her Hot Chocolate! Sledding Fun

We've been really lucky with a few beautiful sunny days where the temp's have actually gotten above freezing and we decided that we needed to take advantage of them. Jon built Cameron a sled run down over the rock wall that lines our driveway... Actually it was more like a luge by the time he was done with it. Cameron had an absolute blast and even Lexi got in on the action. (Before you call social services on us - Don't worry, she didn't go down the luge!)  Jon was so jealous of how much fun Cameron was having that he tried taking the bambino (the expensive, hand-made wooden sled from LL Bean designed for CHILDREN less than 40 lbs) down the run. Luckily Jon got stuck and the bambino survived. Cameron would have been devastated. He was NOT impressed when Dad took his sled for a little fun on his own! Check out some of our fun pics:

Finger Lickin' Good

Cameron just discovered that he loves ribs as much as his Dad! What's not fun about using your fingers to each meat smothered in sauce straight off the bone... Mmmm Mmmmm!

Lexi is still growing like a weed. She is such a happy baby - we have been so lucky! Here are a few recent pictures of her:

Cameron's Haircut

As you can see, Cameron finally got a much needed haircut. AND... as is evidenced by his jagged, choppy bangs, he thought we were murdering him the ENTIRE time. I felt so bad for the hair-dresser. She really tried hard, but there's only so much you can do with a screaming two-year-old.

He obviously survived the ordeal and still remembers how to laugh :)
