We had a blast spending time with family over the 4th! Grandpa McLaughlin sent an early birthday present down for Cameron, which he rarely lets out of his sight. He loves to torment the dogs with it - he especially likes to chase Zoe. (She gives the best reactions and can't run as fast.) Uncle Aaron brought his canoe with him and Cameron thought paddling was fun... if only we could train him to go in the right direction! :) He was pretty excited about helping Dad fish as well. He even reeled one in. (It was huge... almost 5 or 6 inches!) I think we have the next generation of fishermen on our hands!

He is too cute holding on to Jon's shorts in that picture! What fun with the new toy. I always enjoy our family time. I will be coming home sooner then I had thought, we can't wait to see you all!
